Since my work schedule is so strange, now my sleep schedule is messed up. 3am has become the new 11pm for me. When I can’t fall asleep, I resort to being on my phone for hours. I can’t help myself, so I literally put a block on my apps from 1am-9am. We’ll see how this works 🙃

12-1: Sat on the couch on my phone
1-1:30: tried falling asleep
1:30-1:40: explored the compass & health apps bc they weren’t blocked
1:40-2:15: tried falling asleep, waking up Garrett by accident while tossing & turning
2:20 (roughly): finally fell asleep🙃

Congratulations to Sarah Litz as she broke the school record today (previously held by her sister Izzy)on beam with a 9.75. The girls won the championship with a 141.625 team score and Sarah was the all around champion! Great job girls!!

Garrett’s out with his coworkers for their Christmas party. Its almost 2am & he’s not even on his way home yet.I was gonna stay up til he got home but then I remembered that they’re all on the night shift, so they’re used to staying up all night & it’s basically their weekend 🙃

Garrett & I had the ultimate parent test. Gavin got diagnosed with the flu today & his mom asked if we still wanted to get him. Of course we wanted to, but we want him to be comfortable, so we asked her to ask him. He said he still wants to come see us 😍
