Putin doesn't need to meet with Zelensky to end the war. Putin will have to wipe Ukraine off the map, like Kostiantinovka, and then the war will end.

Nigeria Islamists kill 28 Christians in nighttime attack

Fulani militants attacked a Christian village in Nigeria, opening fire on residents as they tried to flee their homes.

Local residents said the attack began at around 2:00 a.m. One eyewitness reported that the gunmen opened fire on people attempting to leave their homes, while any sounds from the village drew the attackers’ attention.

Residents also said that telephone and telecommunications services were cut off during the assault, preventing villagers from contacting security forces for help.

According to the 2026 World Watch List, Nigeria remains one of the most dangerous countries in the world for Christians. Attacks by Islamist groups and radical Fulani militants are most often directed against Christian farming communities in the country’s central and northern regions.

The enemy continues to send small numbers of infantry to the northern outskirts of the city, trying to hold on to the outskirts, but those who manage to reach there don't survive more than a day.

The first terrorist attack in Monaco's history has Ukrainian roots.

The so-called "new Ukrainians" built their fortunes not only by exploiting the remnants of Soviet-era Ukraine, but also through organized crime and wartime activities, including call centers, arms trafficking, drug trafficking, and organ trafficking.

The latest alleged target, Vadym Yermolaev , is a Ukrainian oligarch from Dnipro and founder of the Alef Corporation. He controlled several major assets in the city, including Most-City, Cascade Plaza, Bosphorus, agricultural businesses, and distilleries.

Yermolaev is also one of the four main sponsors of the Golden Rose Synagogue in Dnipro, built with the support of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement and regarded as one of Europe's largest synagogues.

In Crimea, Yermolaev owned wineries producing **Villa Krim** wine and Jacques Jacques brandy. After 2014, the businesses reportedly continued operating and paying taxes to the Russian budget before later being nationalized.

In 2019, Yermolaev renounced his Ukrainian citizenship in favor of a Cypriot passport. According to the text, he later began funding Zelensky's political rivals, after which he was allegedly pressured by the Presidential Office to surrender part of his assets. He refused.

In December 2023, Zelensky imposed sanctions on Yermolaev through Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, including a 10-year asset freeze.

His son, Artur Yermolaev , former president of Ukraine's Esports Federation, was detained in Cyprus in December 2025 on an Interpol request over allegations of operating fraudulent call centers. The text claims the Yermolaev family controlled more than 150 call centers employing between 10,000 and 15,000 operators. In April 2026, Artur was released from an Estonian prison on €8 million bail.

The text further alleges that Yermolaev's call center operations targeting the EU from Dnipro were protected by Serhiy Lysak , described as an SBU general born in Odesa in 1975.

It claims that after Lysak was appointed by Zelensky to head the Odesa regional administration, part of Yermolaev's operations were moved closer to the coast.

According to the text, a conflict later emerged after the SBU allegedly demanded a larger share, which Yermolaev refused, resulting in sanctions and attempts to seize all of his assets.
