@McDonaldsUK McDelivefy issue. Driver had a mistake with his order on the way to me meaning my food sat in his car for 55 minutes whilst he dealt with this. Food stone cold and unsafe to eat due to food safety laws. I’ve sent you a DM.

@ubereats_uk can you please check dms. On the app the conversation was closed because Apparantly £1.56 is all I get for a missing burger that’s worth a tenner, cold food and hour and a half delivery when having paid priority

Placed an order through you, took an hour and a half to arrive. Paid for priority delivery. One large burger was missing and the food was stone cold as had probably been sat for an hour. You provided me with £1.56 refund which is unacceptable. Please rectify this.
@coventrycchelp Hi. Bins on Hermitage Road are meant to be collected on a Friday but for last 3 weeks have been collected a Saturday afternoon. For the 4th time my bin has not been collected today. On your website it still says my bin collection is a Friday.
@coventrycchelp Sorry, 6th week actually. Only the brown bin was collected last Friday. Blue bin was still Saturday and today the green hasn’t been collected
