@bendelo The judgement is damning - Delo and partners set up and ran BitMEX as a money laundering platform willfully failing to implement AML or KYC checks and knowingly dealing with customers in sanctioned territories. This was not an accident.

@greateranglia your Delay Repay site can’t find any trains leaving Bishop’s Stortford for Tottenham Hale this morning other than the 07:56. Just me or is there a general problem with the Delay Repay site (other than it being really slow and repetitive)?
@darrengrimes I’ve yet to meet an Uber driver in the UK that doesn’t speak English and they’ve all been more productive than you constantly talking down the UK.
@Sh6463Sharon @TRobinsonNewEra The irony is Yaxley-Lennon seeking to rely on ECHR only yesterday!
Alisdair Williamson KC, for Yaxley-Lennon, said the conditions amounted to a breach of the European Convention on Human Rights because his client had a complex form of post-traumatic stress disorder.
@EndWokeness@elonmusk 4 years back in 2019 (didn’t see Elon complaining then) for being members of a proscribed neo nazi organisation. They’re probably out by now so you could meet up for coffee

@elonmusk Although not illegal, you’ve got a track record of relationships with much younger women (and your dad had a child with his own stepdaughter) so you’re not an obvious figurehead for a campaign of outrage against grooming.
@cyclelane_user While you’ve got the dictionary out, have a look at ‘cyclist’ - ‘someone who rides a bicycle’, not required to be certified as such by sanctimonious third party!
@cyclelane_user@2wheelsgoodBrum Jeez - I went away and looked, came back and acknowledged post was in line with safety guidance, what more do you want. Cycling isn’t just for the sanctimonious!
@2wheelsgoodBrum You’ve got me bang to rights - primary position when approaching a junction (even if you’re turning left…) per 7.8 here: https://t.co/5UJkWPNUEK
That said, the diagram in 7.10 would imply only taking that position when almost at the junction. Guess you were pre-empting…
@elonmusk So are you suggesting people should be allowed to make and broadcast racist remarks and encourage violence against asylym seekers? Maybe have a look at the actual details before wading in.

@toryshaun@RobertJenrick Interested to hear how Jenrick demonstrated his experience as housing minister - his approval of Desmond’s WestFerry scheme and the swapping of approvals for housing funds to eachother’s constituencies with Jake Berry left a bad smell leading to Johnson sacking him…
@Nigel_Farage To summarise:
- you say the London, Southport, etc protests are against the decline of law and order
- you don’t support these violent protests
- yet you implicitly encourage more such protests over the next few weeks thereby furthering the decline of law and order
Illogical!
@JulieMarsonChat@JulieMarsonMP
If you’d bothered to come to my doorstep you’d have heard that:
1) the strap line doesn’t make sense;
2) taxes are higher under your gov’t than they’ve ever been before;
3) right-leaning Spectator says Conservative plans would cost £1,000 more than Labour
@aja_curtis I don’t have great sympathy for bookies and the amounts here are trivial for them but the issue is a moral one.
Bookies are akin to stock exchanges (some operate C2C platforms) so other punters also lose when inside info is used.
