We’re really sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing! If you're using our older version of the cameras—the little black ones—you’ve unfortunately encountered a camera malfunction. The manufacturer abruptly ended their partnership with us, which has caused a major interruption in service. This isn’t the level of reliability we want to provide, and we truly apologize.
