@rollDCthunder@djhoch22@Coach_HansonDC@drkedu @tyleramidon One reason the “proclaim the gospel” part of your strategic plan, Dylan/Mike, hits the mark. If its not an intentional focus the opposite will happen.
Kids make discoveries through sports, but what they absorb is entirely dependent on the context. If a coach degrades players or tolerates backtalk to the referees, then kids will pick up destructive lessons. @LindaFlanagan2

@Soccerlen@NathanKok33 Hey Len. Fun fact: I played college baseball with Kalen DeBoer and my wife Charissa, played college hoops with his wife, Nicole.
@tyleramidon @djhoch22 That’s my point. Let’s measure individual potential, not growth based on comparisons. Measure progress against you. I get it that sometimes we need percentiles… They can be a necessary tool for some things but probably shouldn’t be the tool we use for the most important things.
@djhoch22 @tyleramidon Good ?..My response: Average doesn’t exist when it comes to measuring human potential. You are either moving toward or away from your potential as an image bearer. Don’t use Average as a means, but rather measure progress toward something.
@kerry_edu@MindShiftSchool Hey Kerry...we are looking to start a business and entrepreneurship academy at our school. Could I discuss funding initiatives with you?
