@RobManton81 Exactly right mate if the ground is already serviceable it's a bit like renting a property if the work isn't a necessary improvement any refurbishment would have to come out of your own pocket.

@RobManton81 Doug King explained in a forum meeting yesterday that the deal struck with MA is a fair one and that the infrastructure at the training ground and the CBS needs improving to attract the right quality of player and if it has to be improved at the club's cost so be it.
