@BBCWorld - This happened to me - 6 reservations cancelled and they have 'no news' - supposed to check in to my first stay in less than 24 hours!

@rlcaiado @Airbnb This has been happening to a bunch of people today. We had six reservations that airbnb cancelled with no reason. Said it was 'a glitch' and they need time to fix it, but those bookings have already been taken by other people. A mess!

Hey @Airbnb - it seems like you had a breach w/ cancellations that has impacted a lot of customers. I would love it if you could respond to any of my messages from hours ago, as I haven’t taken a vacation in a long time and having my reservation cancelled w/o refund isn’t great.

@Airbnb had a major breach. We got notice that our account was locked and then messages that all our upcoming trips were cancelled! Support says, "We will call you back in two hours" #airbnbfail #airbnb
