@nickjshallcross@DrNeilStone Billions of humans. While yes human immunity is to some is impresses it no where as strong as you think it is. He'll TB still kills lots of people and that including with the vaccine now think if we didnt
@nickjshallcross@DrNeilStone What you said is clear survivorship bias by saying your grandpa survived with out the vaccine. Just because he did doesn't mean others didnt. Millions died without the vaccine it is very much needed along side the many others created to combat the multiple diseases that wiped out
@nickjshallcross@DrNeilStone That is survivor ship bias. Smallpox was one of the biggest killer in human history along side TB. It wasn't untill it the vaccine that we had a true chance agiesnt to the point we fully destroyed it.
@ReelRebel_ Main issue they do not have any where near enough to have kids with out the risk of genetics issue you need around 5k just to not risk it but for their advanced teck it would be closer to 50k
@1laughingsinner@elonmusk No we wouldn't. Most anthropologist who would be the proper ones to contact these people knows. That would be impossible and highly unethical
@SlashoGabriel @Rainmaker1973 Well with north sentle. Its very hard to leave the island with their current technology. Most groups like these are tribe level so it is harder for them to move constantly plus when you on a island like this there no reason to move aroubd
@SparkuvGod@Rainmaker1973 Because most have not been exposed to our viruses over thousands of years. Most anthropologist have to take safe and make sure they are well clean before entrancing or we could give them our viruses
@EiratheIntern As a anthropologist this would be a horrible idea. These people do not have our form of immune system. Also it takes years to gain the trust of just talking and being able to study them. Plus your use of Nobel savage isnt even that. Us giving them modern medicines especially
