In T8 if you beat someone 1 rank lower than you(in most ranks) you get +1000 and they get -750 this is not zero sum.

In your mind it is zero sum because one players win(+1) is equivalent to the other players loss(-1) however it’s not zero sum due to the house “rake” resulting in non equivalent wins compared to losses.
