@LittlewoodsHelp I returned an item in April which still hasn't been credited to my account. It's the 2nd time in a row this has happened. I made a payment less the amount that should be credited & now you've charged me a fee for not making minimum payment. 🙄

@virginmedia @O2 this us the 2nd time in 3 weeks there's been a problem with a nearby mast and not able to send or receive SMS. It's a really bad service since the merger. Think it's time to change providers! 😕

@JoeyPJournalism Can't make calls or get incoming calls. Did a network search manually and selected Virgin which helped for all of 2 mins and then stopped working. Move to O2 isn't until August.

@O2 Not receiving texts and can't make calls. Service status shows a phone mast in my area not working. After being on EE for several years, two weeks on the O2 network and this is the first time I have EVER had this issue.☹️

@O2 got switched over from Virgin yesterday and already really frustrated! Your chat bot didn't understand my query and directed me to chat to an expert. I had to download the app to access support but since it's just stuck "connecting" for the last hour.
