Royal Mail's tracking system is broken. Just checked all parcels I've posted and none are accurate. Places & dates completely random. Has someone thrown a bug in the system until RM start treating staff fairly? Blaming the company not the workers for all the mess. @RoyalMailHelp

Why are Royal Mail removing info from their tracking service @RoyalMailHelp ? Proof that my parcel from the US had arrived & was in transit with you in the UK appeared then disappeared once I contacted you. USPS are still showing full details up to it leaving London though.

@RoyalMailHelp absolving themselves of responsibility. Proof on their tracking system that my parcel from the US has arrived in the UK & is in transit from London has been removed, so you can't hold them to account. USPS are still showing a record of it though.

@IBDPassport Inclusion of patients in decision making. Patient led. I was used as a patient for a conference on IBD patient empowerment, where I interview a consultant about their fears. Letting go of some of the control must be hard but patient-led care can be so fruitful.

@RoyalMail lying about attempting delivery, lying about leaving a card then holding our special delivery to ransom at the post office. Absolutely taking this further. We've had post stolen and not receiving the service paid for. Entry fobs show they have been lying.

@scottpeachey My M.E. has me falling asleep walking but, even so, naps beyond "40 winks" (20-30) are deadly. When slow wave sleep kicks in it's game over. Hangry zombie mess! Done right, in the afternoon cortisol slump, naps are gooooood.

@EE Trying every way possible to return a handset and stop contract within 14 days - on hold for several hours, written to returns email address (not responding), filled in the online form but getting nowhere so actually making it impossible to return in 14 day period.
