THE YOTES START STRONG, DOMINATE THE DOGS

The Yotes opened the '24 Fall Session with a dominating 8-4 win over the Mud Dogs. The Dogs scored 1st, but T. Riggs (@BigPaulerBrand, @Santariffic) tied it up at 1 late. The Dogs scored again w/ 8 seconds left in the 1st for a 2-1 lead

@BigPaulerBrand @Santariffic @Muccisareflyin The Dogs then scored again to close out the 2nd w/ a 7-2 score. T. Riggs (@BigPaulerBrand, @Santariffic) scored in the 3rd, which was answered by the Dogs. It did little more than effect the final which was 8-4

The SJ Coyotes took on the Jets, beating them 5-4 in their Game 1 matchup. N. Via opened the scoring (D. Tash) in the first, w/ T. Riggs (D. Tash) following suit for a 2-0 lead after 1. The 2nd prd was a hotly contested affair, with much scoring from both teams

Even though the Jets scored their 4 goals in a short period, the Yotes recovered and got goals of their own from T. Riggs, N. Via (T. Riggs) and T. Riggs again (N. Via) to secure the W in Game 1

Coyotes Secure Game 1 W vs. Dogg Pound To Open Playoff Series

The SJ Coyotes took Game 1 in their '24 Summer Session Playoff series vs. the Dogg Pound in a hard fought game, despite what the final score would indicate

@leblaumjames Any stress was short lived however, as both N. Via and T. Riggs scored empty net goals to ice the game. The Yotes utilized 5 defensemen this game and a more north/south approach to offense, both moves seeming to pay dividends.

The SJ Coyotes started their summer campaign w/ a 5-2 W over The Gents. After the Gents scored the 1st goal of the game, J. Redfield answered (@Hack22, @BigPaulerBrand) tied it in the closing minutes of the 1st period
