A weekly occurrence around northern Whitchurch Rd/St Monica’s Primary School area.

Disgusting blight on the area. The contents of these bags can be traced to one local business, and a Cardiff resident.

@cardiffcouncil this kind of mess is becoming a daily occurrence on Whitchurch Rd/surrounding streets (Companies House to Gabalfa Roundabout).

It’s disgusting.
