@sweetaries1975 @NMDWS I'm also having the same problem. I try calling but its so congested that the call ends after their message. Only thing to do is call and hope you get thru or hopefully they're still updating claimant's profiles.

@WellsFargo was on phone for almost 4 hrs. Got disconnected 5 times. Rude representative. Was on hold for 80 minutes. Stop hiring clowns

@WellsFargo you have very bad customer service. Being on the phone with Wells Fargo was a miserable experience. It won't happen again.

@Ask_WellsFargo I wouldn't consider what I went through as helpful It was rather a big hassle bc Wells Fargo hired a bunch of clowns.
