I think some people can’t understand that just because a game has dark topics in it doesn’t mean it’s well written. If you’re going to add taboo topics or sensitive issues in your game. You need to handle it properly and respectfully.

People are allowed to critique stuff

@luv_weather +1 hater here. Finished the game and it's one of the worst otome I've ever wasted my time on. And it's not because I can't handle dark stuff, I've played plenty of otome that deal with heavy topics, wakudeki's writing just sucked. I'm going to follow you, if you don't mind👋☺️

Scene transitions were jarring, resolutions were rushed and MC was mostly unbearable for me. I feel they could have done so much more with the setup.
Art was pretty. Music was pleasant. UI was fine. Game was rage-inducing.

Finished Wakudeki and here are my final thoughts:
First, the game tries to establish a friend group dynamic, but it feels forced. As a reader, I didn't feel like any of them actually cared about MC's problem and no one was actively trying to help her. I need my LIs proactive.

The writing left a lot to be desired both in the Omegaverse aspect and the overall plot/character development. Out of all of the "sexy" and/or romantic scenes, I only enjoyed one, and that was with the LI I dislike most. The two non-alphas were the only ones semi-proactive.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, Wakudeki throws a flashback /within/ a flashback at me

@glazedlilies_ Agreed, they tried to logic everything and made the whole concept of the universe stifling. 4th route in and I can't enjoy anything because there's nothing fun about MC's situation.

Isami's route was even better than Tadashi's!! I loved it so much, he's so dumb and funny😂 On to Susumu's route~ I've been really curious as to what his deal is. I have a feeling this game is going to surprise me yet again😂🥰 #AJHanayaka
