In my lowest lows dealing with heartbreak, humiliation, debt, hopelessness, death, defamation, and so much more for YEARS

I never once leaned on alcohol, drugs, men, sex, or other vices to pull me through

Hard looks in the mirror, fasting, meditation, eating well, relationship with nature, etc…. go a really long way as free and consequence-less coping mechanisms. There are plenty more beyond this brief list too

A lot of women need to hear this because many of us are not taught the value of accountability, discipline, and self preservation. I know that I was not modeled this by the adults in my life, and despite that I carved a path for myself. It can be done at any time and today is the best opportunity to take your first step

Because I chose and continue to choose healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with all sorts of loss, it does not make me holier than thou. It does however, make me stronger than who I was yesterday and that’s the only comparison I live off of. This is another word that women would do well to heed

While it’s wonderful to “live in the moment” through different experiences to try and get your mind off of the current struggle, you often prolong your healing process by getting caught up in other messes when you don’t exercise some serious form of self control

They say “the only way out is through” and it really is so true, because the battle is always you vs you. Your journey through challenging life circumstances with others involved is still never about “them”. What life is all about is you healing the version of you that was damaged and needed to be awakened by the reflection of an outside person. In many ways that person you villainize poses as some sort of hero, if you are able to take accountability and see the divinity in all things

While you navigate the seas of life, remember healing is always possible and that I believe in you! 💚

👶🏻✅Breastfeeding needs to be mandatory while a mother can take of her work up to 2 years for paid childcare.Russia does it why USA doesn’t?
Oh yeah US government is money hungry empire that’s why mothers have to ABANDON their kids within 2 weeks of giving birth to some random lady with a formula bottle.
Government doesn’t want your child to grow up with great health and high IQ. All government wants from u both is to enslave yourself so u can pay taxes.
A real man husband and father who steps in while a woman is nursing for at least 2-3 years is SO IMPORTANT ‼️
