Meta Platforms $META and $AMD just announced a 6-gigawatt agreement to

"power Meta's next generation of AI infrastructure across multiple generations of AMD Instinct GPUs."

As a part of the agreement AMD has issued Meta a performance-based warrant for up to 160 million shares of AMD common stock once they hit certain milestones (more info below)

- AMD CEO Lisa SU just said:

"We are proud to expand our strategic partnership with Meta as they push the boundaries of AI at unprecedented scale," ... "This multi-year, multi-generation collaboration across Instinct GPUs, EPYC CPUs and rack-scale AI systems aligns our roadmaps to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient infrastructure optimized for Meta's workloads, accelerating one of the industry's largest AI deployments and placing AMD at the center of the global AI buildout."

- Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg just said:

"We're excited to form a long-term partnership with AMD to deploy efficient inference compute and deliver personal superintelligence," ... "This is an important step for Meta as we diversify our compute. I expect AMD to be an important partner for many years to come."

The common stock is structured to vest as specific milestones associated with Instinct GPU shipments are achieved.

The first tranche vests with the initial 1-gigawatt of shipments, with additional tranches vesting as Meta's purchases scale to 6 gigawatts.

Vesting is further tied to AMD achieving certain stock price thresholds and exercise is tied to Meta achieving key technical and commercial milestones.

read it a few times it all regards teh topic of slavery .. if anything it may apply to person ho have been brought into the country against your will .. then one can argue person for native Americans which is absent from this summary brief do we jsut give land back ? ..you either put the brief in the context of history or you just pick and choose your reference points .. its all regarding slavery and the fall out of the clival war. and citizenship . it does not attain to illegal persons in the country and the current illegal immigration.. and agin there are very decisive laws that protect the country borders and rules and laws for entering legally .it must be hard to understand the concept of law

again i appreciate you making he point i originally made .the context of the argument by the justice refers to all people regarding slavery . (1) slavery (2) civial war (3) 14th amendment
(4)supreme court ruling clarifying right of person(different nationalities) in regards to slavery the context of history and time and also refers to citizenship not illegal immigrants.. there is a process for legal immigration and then therefore legally have the same rights.. learn history and context

Much of which were slaves reentering society and function for there rights as persons

And we are talking as persons of citizenship and ex slaves being treated as citizens

When the country was established the founding fathers had slaves and the rights of persons weren't applied

The admendmanet was for previous slaves after the civil war

If you want a new amendment for illegal immigrants have congress vote on that

And please let's not forget about the illegal actions taken by previous administration for allowing illegal immigration

It's is the duty and oath of office to protect the country and uphold its laws

Sure let's talk about the 2nd amendment
Which we have the national guard which is the states local mlitita one can easily argue

Its directive is governed by each gov of each state and not the president

And true technology has advanced along with its understanding of citizen vs non citizen

If you come to the country illegally you are by definition a criminal and the country has countless laws and regulations I can easily reference through all periods of history that say the same thing

Sorry due process applies to citizens

But since you feel so compelled
Why don't you volunteer your time finances and housing to the so called illegal immigrants and provide your support

Or I can refences mutiple other codes for you to read

And feel free to quote the Supreme Court ruling and also their briefs for each ruling for each of your reference points

It's much easier if you actually do research and understand before jsut spewing non facts
