Tip lang. If gusto niyo na di abutan ang busy season, magtake kayo sa May tas magwork kayo sa July (after oath taking). Sulit. Ramdam ko ang slack season for almost 2 months.

@JAYBI_CPA Yes, this happens. Pero based sa nakita ko sa firm namin mostly 2 busy szn. Meron din di napopromote even after 2 or more busy seasons. Depends tagala sa performance.

Nasabi ko lang na 2 busy szn like if di ka naman nagpabaya sa accounts mo, most likely mapromote naman. 😊
