@mattyglesias Electricity much more expensive in Europe though, so I installed solar panels and got a big subsidy from the EU. EU does require the ACs to be much more efficient than the in the US

@mattyglesias Moved to Madrid from Miami 4 years ago, and my newly built house has a system with cold water running under the floor. While it does cool my home compared to outside tempeture, not close to an AC. Ended up buying some ACs for the house.
