A suggestion for Vande Bharat: seats should face the direction of travel. Rear-facing seats feel uncomfortable during acceleration as passengers are pushed forward instead of being supported by the seatback. @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia

1st call issue not solved. the second agent put the call on hold for a long time. I cut the call.
3rd ,Again the person has put me on hold for 25 minutes, I cut the call.
