Nameservers are resolving fine now at the primary .TO NIC nameserver.

Fucking Friday the 13th failday ... the domain should come back up shortly after midnight TGT (GMT+13) though ...

.TO NIC disabled the domain 8 hours AFTER it's renewal! Credit card was working. Whois was updated. Domain is still disabled! Yikes!

.TO NIC claims the credit card transaction of the same day was not authorised until a time after the name had been disabled.
