The session was concluded with aim of bridging the gap between Consumer Protection Cell, the participants and the consumers for effective complaint redressal and relief to general public.
8/6/23:interactive session took place under DG, Bureau of Supply & Prices on Consumer Complaint Redressal System, briefing was given by AD,CPC on the Consumer Protection Act & rep from leading service providers Briefed the forum about their consumer complaint redressal systems.
