CPEG Protocol: Testnet E2E

We ran a full end-to-end test of the CPEG protocol on Base Sepolia today. A single holder wallet cycled through all six rarity tiers (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic) and back down to zero, covering both mints and burns.

All 10 cycles passed on-chain. Every tier transition fired a Synced event that was picked up by the off-chain indexer in real time, stored to the database, and automatically committed to the public NFT registry as a pixel art SVG + JSON metadata file with no manual steps.

30 commits were pushed to cpeg-nft-registry by cpeg-app[bot], each tied to a live Base Sepolia transaction.
