June is men’s mental health awareness month. To my fellow men, I know opening up and asking for help is difficult, but find that one buddy who you do not only share vibes and drinks with — but also deep conversations. You will be shocked when you discover that you’re not alone.🌅

Protecting human rights improves the GDP of the country. If no one is oppressed so they have to run away from their nation, or have to agitate and demand for equal treatment, they will have the time to contribute meaningfully to society. Protect human rights & dignity for all.
🚨 Even ONE Ebola case is a MAJOR concern!! 15 cases and 600+ contacts is SERIOUS!!
Don’t let your guard down for even a second.
Ebola spreads fast, but we can stop it together.
Everyone must practice strict infection prevention and control measures right now:
• Wash hands frequently with soap
• Avoid direct contact with sick people or their body fluids
• Don’t touch dead bodies without proper protection
• Stay informed and follow official guidelines
If you or anyone around you develops sudden fever, severe headache, muscle pain, vomiting, diarrhea, or unexplained bleeding — report it immediately to the nearest health facility or text ureport to 8500.
Early detection saves lives and stops the spread.
Share this message widely. Stay safe, stay vigilant, and protect your community.

There is a cyclical self-reinforcing relationship between inequalities and pandemics. Inequalities within and between countries shaping pandemics, prolonging them and making them more deadly and more economically destructive.
But we can break the inequality-pandemic cycle, if we:
✅ close finance gaps
✅ address social determinants
✅ ensure vaccines are global public goods and scale production.
Without bold, multilateral action, the cycle continues.

A period shouldn’t cost a girl her education. Yet millions still miss school every month because of it. That’s not biology. That’s inequality.

Bodily autonomy means having the sole power to make choices about your own health and future. Yet, millions of women globally experience reproductive coercion—ranging from forced marriage to denied access to family planning services. True equity begins with bodily autonomy. #HumanRights #HerBodyHerChoice
