SFI CEC stands with the protesting students of IIT Mumbai against the institutional murder of another student - Academic pressure, isolation, inadequate support systems and the culture of treating students as numbers cannot be ignored when discussing campus well-being. Student mental health cannot be reduced to telling students to "seek help"; institutions must create campuses where students can actually access meaningful support without stigma or fear.

Students are not machines.
Education must not come at the cost of lives. SFI demands transparent institutional action, accessible mental-health support, accountable grievance mechanisms and a campus environment where every student can study with dignity and safety.
