At Wigan today we’ve used our secret weapon pcso Sammy our latest recruit drafted in to engage with our young folk to promote rail safety issues to the old and young alike this half term.

Wigan today we held our Rail safety awareness day in conjunction with network rail! BTP working at its best with partner agencies to promote rail safety
Another reminder that when it's wet and windy, you should adjust your driving accordingly. Even moderate rain can reduce your ability to see and to be seen!
👉Use dipped headlights

📽️ Today, our annual Remembrance Service was held at Police HQ and was led by Chief Constable Jeremy Vaughan and @commissionersw Alun Michael.
At the service, wreaths were laid and at our force’s war memorial in honour of those who have died whilst serving in the armed forces.
🐶Police dogs are used across the rail network in Wales, and further afield, to help keep passengers and staff safe and to sniff out any trouble… and drugs.
❤️They are friendly (and cute) and are loved by all at BTP!
