@Parkonomyweb just parked at Stockport and now trying to pay. Your website won’t accept my reg plate (no reason not to), the App doesn’t exist on the App Store and your phone line doesn’t take calls. So I’m unable to pay. What can I do? I don’t want a ticket, already on train
Avanti West Coast. Again, another delayed train, another long and tedious journey, another near-zero onboard service. You are surely the worst rail operator in Europe and beyond. Sort it out.

Upper Crust I’m afraid your ‘new noire bread’ is absolutely terrible. Cold, solid and heavy, I doubt anybody could digest this monster. Surely you can do better?
@manairport another shambolic performance. Currently sitting on the tarmac 2 hours delayed due to hopeless security staffing levels. The security team were great, let down by management. How long must we all put up with this?
@AvantiWestCoast I need to delay repay but the response was (wrongly) a rejection. The appeal process doesn’t work, live chat on your website is broken and the send us a message button doesn’t work either. Help please!
