This entire exit row stayed empty
Meanwhile, after a 7-hour delay, I was visibly squeezed into a packed row next to a larger passenger who would’ve benefited from the extra space. I wasn’t asking for first class—just a little humanity after an exhausting travel day. @AmericanAir
@AmericanAir Fuck your complaint department. Fuck your customer service. And fuck your entire airline @americanair I highly doubt anyone on this plane will rebook with your incompetence
.@americanair I genuinely don’t understand why economy passengers are treated like an afterthought. Nearly 2 hours into the flight, flight attendants are still focused on serving first class while the rest of the cabin hasn’t even been offered water. It creates the impression (1)
once you’re behind the curtain, your comfort simply doesn’t matter. Every passenger paid to get to their destination safely, and everyone deserves basic courtesy and access to water—not vastly different levels of attention based solely on where they’re seated. (2) @americanair
Thank GOD this is the last flight I will ever have to deal with @AmericanAir but of course it just HAD to be delayed because good ol' AA just can't help being so beyond incompetent that they love to just ruin their customers lives, careers, and milestone moments. Fuck you AA.
The dedication to first class was impressive. They spent 20+ minutes going up and down that aisle while the rest of the cabin couldn’t even get a cup of water. Priorities, I guess. @AmericanAir
@AmericanAir@AmericanAir not gonna stop so someone else did get moved into the exit row after all. Interesting. After I was immediately shut down before I could even ask, it’s hard not to feel like certain passengers were being favored over others. Thanks for proving my point POS's!!!
@AmericanAir “Internal review and training” seems to be the standard copy-and-paste response. Unfortunately, it doesn’t undo a 7-hour delay or explain why an entire empty exit row stayed empty while passengers were visibly crammed together. Empathy in the moment would’ve meant a lot more 🤩!!
@SouthwestAir@SouthwestAir Your ableist employee Ryan told me he “didn’t see a wheelchair noted” on my reservation, as if disability only counts when you can see a wheelchair. I had visible braces on & was in an SI joint flare. That is disability discrimination. Escalate this IMMEDIATELY.
