@Paytmcare It should be PayTM responsiblty that they should ensure that if someone booked any ticket then bus should operate and their contact numbers should be reachable and in should be in working condition. PayTm cannot pull his hand just saying this is operator response.
@Paytmcare Paytm Bus booking is a cheating service. I have booked 4 ticktes from paytm on 29th Jan from Pyagraj to Delhi. BUS was not found on pickup point. I tried to call all the given number but they were switched off. Now they are dening my refund. SD ticket- 22203364191.
@Paytmcare Additional as alreday informed to your excutive of firts place. Your operator's given numbers in the booking was not workjng on 29th. They were not reachable at all. I tried payTM support as well. So if I booked a ticket and bus in not available at location then what can I do
@Paytmcare The bus was not operated o. The booking date and it was confirmed by the operator on phone. They have also conformed me that my PNR 33162 is cancelled and full refund has been made to PayTM. They are also saying that they have already sent email to PayTM for the same.
