@aviation_wx@rougesky At work I have to check slack regularly, and it has a /remind feature which I use. For home stuff I set alarms.
I'm a big fan of the GTD methodology and it suggests a "trusted list" which you go back to frequently. When I'm on the ball, I use todoist as mine but it's a WIP.
@aviation_wx@rougesky I send myself messages to keep things out of my head. I find "note to self" stressful 'cause my brain keeps remembering and repeating the note. It helps me get to sleep faster too.
