COOKING UP A STORM! - Such fun this afternoon getting in some practice in for the boarders bake off tonight. The good news is the brownie recipe was a success and were a hit in the staff meeting! Let’s hope the children have the same amount of fun as Mr Porter @bsaboarding

I’M EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNING! - How nice was it for our boarders to enjoy their first pyjama breakfast in the Brew Room this morning! It was just the ticket to start the day before our first Sunday trip of the year. They even did the washing up@without being asked! @BSAboarding

SUCH FUN ! You cannot beat the sound happy children make! What a whirlwind first couple of days in our upgraded boarding house. All the boarders have been busy making new friends, having fun outside and playing in our new common rooms and Brew Room cafe. @BSAboarding

LET’S GET OUTDOORS! Our brilliant Year 8 boarders were so lucky to enjoy a great evening in the forest school with our Outdoor Ed guru Mr Parks. As well as a campfire, they enjoyed nachos, toasting marshmallows, homemade popcorn and making their own takes on s’mores. #memories

WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN - SADLY! What a wonderful Sunday activity for our boarders with the amazing @thegreatbigtreeclimb visiting us. The children got to rope climb up one of the amazing trees in the grounds and abseil back down again! #iloveboarding

FUN FUN FUN! What a lovely Sunday trip for our boarders to @moorsvalley on Sunday. As well as getting to buzz around the tracks on mountain bikes, they got to explore the adventure playgrounds and even had an ice cream each. #clayesmoreprep #iloveboarding

THE WEEKEND STARTS HERE! Special supper is always a favourite part of Saturday night for our wonderful boarders - tonight we had some scrumptious pancakes adorned with chocolate spread, raspberries, banana, grapes, choc buttons, honey, yoghurt and in some cases all of the above!

What a great night for our Year 8 boarders for their Friday night social! It was lovely to see so many smiling faces as they enjoyed a very funny movie and pizza in Mr and Mrs Anderson’s garden under Mr Parks’s amazing, freshly built DIY gazebo! #clayesmoreprep #iloveboarding

ART ATTACK! Such fun for the boarders to get outside tonight for their ‘World of Clayesmore’ activity and to try some street art in our beautiful prep woods. With spray paint cans in hand they drew some expressive artwork and symbols, the hardest part was getting them to stop!

What a stonking evening with our Year 8 boarders at their Friday night social. They took advantage of the good weather to have a water balloon fight and to try out our new water slide. Then it was over to Mr and Mrs Anderson’s for a BBQ by the fire!#clayesmoreprep @BSAboarding

The boarders were so lucky today to welcome back the amazing Arctic Cow Ice Cream Company. With some many amazing flavours to choose from, the smiles and looks of awe from the children as their ice cream was made in front of them was a joy to see. #iloveboarding @bsaboarding
