This is a pretty significant achievement https://t.co/ugGT8iR7fn most (all?) of the work for ARM32 was done by Samsung to support their Tizen OS. So support for an entire CPU arch in .NET was *predominantly* developed outside of Microsoft! (but M/S engineers did review the code)
