The funny thing is Alex claims to be self funded retired, without looking to start a huge online fight and this is my opinion, those without mortgages and who are retired many of whom are self funded retired have a decent disposable income. This would be inflationary, this is a very difficult problem as I wouldn't want to affect someone's retirement but how can this be managed.

If Alex worked as hard on the house as he does trying to convince people things are actually happening there then this might be a possibility that Christmas 2049 the Bland design would be ready, it definitely won't be ready this year.
