@ndrewColburn We dealt with this exact thing from Spectrum when we moved. File a complaint with the BBB. We did that and got a call back preeeeetty quickly and suddenly, they were able to give us our money. Years-long customers mean nothing to these companies.

@ndrewColburn I believe you lose some features when bringing an iOS device. Stuff like visual voice mail won’t work. I would double check this though; I last looked into it about 4 years ago and ultimately didn’t try it due to some shortcomings with non-Android devices.
