@AndyCarlsonShow Congrats man! You probably have already heard this and do it, but a buddy told me once and helped me a ton. Flex your lats before you start and be at 80-90% lift off before you pull. Works super well. I got up to 405 doing that. Go get 500 lbs 💪🏻
