• Substantial meal 3-4 hours before donating blood
• Lots of fluids before, during & after donation
• Easy on the exercise after donation

GENERAL SHUTTLES WILL BE AFFECTED AS FOLLOWS
All residence shuttles will stop at 09:30 and resume at 11:20.
Afternoon shuttles will stop at 14:30 and resume at 15:30.
Students attending the Varsity Shield rugby are encouraged to utilise the D6 shuttles between 11:45 & 14:20.
Welcoming of first years at the Student Services Festival takes place 13 February, Bellville campus.
First years bring along student card/ proof of registration and ID.
TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS:
Additional transport to the Services Festival departs from the normal shuttle points at the following campuses and times- to Bellville campus:
