Ruiner already used Dark Star to hit Rank 1 CN in 17.1.
After 17.2 buffs to Jhin, Karma and Cho’Gath, the comp moved from A-tier into S-tier.
But the important part is not just “Dark Star got buffed.”

- There is should be 1 Stargazer, 1 Primordian, 1 Urgot reroll player per lobby
- More options to play 4 costs
- Cho and Ez reroll maybe is real (more data is needed, as well as comp optimization)
- Lulu/Milio/Pant reroll looks promising

Last set 3 cost odds on 7 got buffed from 36->43 to counteract the advantage 4 cost comps got from unlock mechanic. Now with no unlock mechanic 3 costs are easy to 3 star in a less hostile environment.
