@WilliamsSonoma I had a terrible customer service experience and my issue is still unresolved. You asked me to send a DM to get the right contact in touch and no one has responded for 2 days now. Is this how your company treats all customers or just those with foreign names? ?

@WilliamsSonoma I’ve sent a DM. There is no order number. This was a purchase we made and returned to the store.

@WilliamsSonoma has stolen over $150 from me. I returned an item and was issued a gift card. I attempted to use the gift card online and it would not work. Called customer service and they were incredibly rude and offered no resolution. Is this how you treat all your customers??
