⚾️ Part 1: Snapping the Barrel vs. Pushing It

One of the biggest mistakes hitters make is pushing the barrel forward with an uncontrolled forward move instead of working the barrel rearward with a controlled forward move.

Why does it matter?

A rearward-moving barrel & controlled forward move helps hitters:
✅ See the ball longer
✅ Slow the game down
✅ Make better swing decisions
✅ Launch the barrel quicker
✅ Catch more balls on the barrel

The best hitters don’t rush to the baseball, they create time and space to let the baseball come to them.
