I’m pretty sure I did that somewhere in this post but if you want it directly-
1. The policing would be concentrated in the majority white districts, jurisdictions borders unknown, all appointed by the districts.
2. The right to vote gets taken away from most people, not just black people, which make up 80% of the city.
2a. In a city that is 80% black, the districts being “combined” are 70% white at least from what I’ve read.
3. The appointing of judges, capitol police, representatives, etc. would imply possible lack of representation in the future for communities that don’t have appointees.
4. There is a precedent set by creating a system within America that controls people without the people being able to vote, appeal or have any representation in legislative proceedings.
4a. I believe they found it unconstitutional, so they made an amendment that the courts created by the system have to be lower than the major courts of the city. Unsure if that applies for appointed officials.

I’m sure there’s some more great stuff, I didn’t get to finish reading the bill.
