Dear @SajjanarVC @TGSRTCHQ @TelanganaCMO @revanth_anumula garu. Today around 4 AM, our TGSRTC Super Luxury bus (Manuguru to BHEL) Service no. 8901 crashed into a stationary lorry near Hotel 7 - Chityala. Driver claimed brake failure, but we passengers felt he was dozing off.

Why isn’t there an assistant driver for night services, especially on long routes?

Why is passenger safety not prioritized through travel insurance?

Also, some drivers behave arrogantly when questioned.
