For 6 months, I've tried Orbitz, Frontier, my credit card issuers, the DOT, and DACO in Puerto Rico with no success. @Orbitz @OrbitzCareTeam @FlyFrontier Please review my case and reimburse charges I should never have had to pay.

After being a loyal Orbitz customer for many years, I was forced to pay over $600 in unexpected baggage fees on a Frontier flight booked through Orbitz, despite my reservation showing that a carry-on bag and personal item were included.
