Very commonly, Dark Souls 1 devs had to resort to baking details that should've been fully modeled, into flat representations on 2D textures such as the bars on these windows in Undead Berg. My mod seeks to fix that by modeling those details. (1st image is before changes)
Dark Souls Model Improvement Project is a mod that seeks to fix faults found within meshes in Dark Souls Remastered. This includes mesh holes, floating objects, and more interestingly adding back details that the developers had to strip back, e.g this skeleton pile.
My grandparents survived the nazis, my parents endured communism, I had to live through religious oppression since the age of 10, and now some spoiled brats think I'll bend my knee to their rainbow flag, or else they'll type some words.
I already have a flag I'm proud of.
This must be peak stupidity.
A rainbow activist educating a Polish citizen about the inclusivity of nazis while they murdered millions of people, including ~4 million Polish citizens (~20% of our population).
This spoiled brat can't locate Poland on a map and thinks he can impose on my freedom. I stand by my words. Educate yourself.
Problems with what you said:
Steam is a soft monopoly - Valve retains dominance in PC games market because devs 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 gravitate towards its Store due to it being feature rich and easy to work with compared to competitors.
Epic Games Store tried to “Dismantle” Steam’s dominance…by implementing and forcing console-war tier exclusivity over PC Gaming. Practically bribing developers to release their games on EGS “exclusively”for at least a year, and cutting off releases on not just Steam but GoG too.
Fighting soft monopoly, by implementing hard monopoly tactics will attract the ire and resentment of consumers, rightfully so. This compounded by the objectively worse features of the Epic Games Store.
These cumulative factors made many PC gamers tolerate EGS with gritted teeth at best, loathing and refusing to use EGS out of spite at worst. Which is why the one year Epic Games Store Exclusivity is often called the “one year beta test” by many PC players.
So no, pc gamers are not calling Epic bad for the sake of it, Epic earned the dislike fair and square. Epic till now still tries to “fix” a perceived problem…by ironically being an even bigger problem than the one they are fighting.
