@kdramawriterAo3 She bears some responsibility in the sense that she knew Conrad was depressed over his mother—he even told her the treatment wasn't working, but she refused to listen to him; that’s also why Conrad withdrew into himself. She was completely immature and selfish toward him,
@kdramawriterAo3 I had the same feeling; everything is there, but the dialogue is bad, and when it comes to the intimate scenes, there's nothing there. The main characters communicate their feelings much more than Belly and Conrad, but when the important scenes arrive, nothing happens on screen.
And it annoyed me so much that she's still trying to be his friend even after the breakup. He was awful to her! The worst part, I think, is when she sends a text for the anniversary of Susannah's death and nothing for Conrad :-( so insensitive, it was really bad writing.
If anyone can post clips of Chris from Hacks for foreigners, because here in France we don't have access to the episodes of season 5...#chrisbriney#hacks
@TeamBonradI@livelaughconrad Ah oui toi 2 avec this love. Elle a vraiment capturé l essence même des 2 persos. À ce point c est rare... Jenny Han devrait l'embaucher pour son film😆
@livelaughconrad@TeamBonradI What a superb story! I read all the chapters in just a few hours. You managed to capture the essence of who Nelly and Conrad are and their souls. This story moved me just like when I saw Conrad, tortured and silent, in season 2. What a talent for writing! Bravo!
