CHEFS TOP TIPS FOR CRISPY CHIPS!
1. Steam or boil them for 5-10 minutes depending on size
2. Freeze them individually
3. Deep fry them at 165C for 10 minutes and remove
4. Add back into the fryer at 190C for 5 minutes or until CRISPY AF.
5. Season well and enjoy.
