@BeesInTheBonnet Personally I am against it. And when I'm tech editing I will suggest to folks that they write it out - I also advise yarn companies that I work with to not have that in their patterns. I'm of the avoid customer questions when possible sort of mind with that.

@kariebookish I was lucky that I only had one pattern inspired by it and it was an easy reknit/rebrand. Had to have a talk with the man yesterday. He had gone to a small comic con and I didn't realize he took his WL backpack.

@afrosabi We're in the middle of heart worm treatment now for our recent rescue. I say middle but we have 43 days left of prescribed rest. Whenever the man mentions the cost of the simparica I remind him how miserable we are trying to keep a high-energy husky/pit mix calm.

@sarahwhitehfx Our older son dropped by yesterday - he is the opposite of a dog whisperer like a dog hyper-upper - and I met him outside so he didn't come in for two minutes and get Windy all riled up.

@sarahwhitehfx I have a dog I'm supposed to keep calm too. She's a year old rescue under heartworm treatment. The sedatives barely touch her.

@brewergnome Yeah I had *just* started adding some of my patterns to Etsy because I have friends who make a decent bit of passive income that way. And now I'm glad I've been slow on it.
