@virginmedia I was told on my doorstep when I signed up what I would get and I confirmed everything netlix was part of my mega tv bundle so on my contract says mega tv . I have been told today that it’s not part of that bundle. If I had known that I would have never taken a contract out

The bigger problem is I’m now without Netflix. Your colleague on the phone said there was nothing to be done and I would have to pay direct to netflix
So after being missold I have to lump it and I’m stuck in a contract I didn’t agree

@virginmedia Left @sky after 29years. Signed upto a package and confirmed with the guy I had Netflix. I’m now a month in and my Netflix has stopped working.
Called and I have been told it’s not part of my package there is nothing they can do. I wouldn’t have signed up if this was the case !
