Thank you @UKHospKate everyone I speak to thinks furlough has been the saviour. It provided a lifeline in 2020 but I fear it’s delaying the inevitable for many. Businesses can’t operate on 0 rev. The govt’s 2020 response was great. In 2021 they have their head in the sand.
