Delighted to be at the launch of the third @WEAPPG Report: The Future of Female Entreprenrsuhip. Building on the great work of the Business Board with huge support from @craig4nwarks, our new and enthusiastic Officers, and Dell.
Very warm welcome to Cllr Will Markham who, after 30 years of being a member, has left the Labour Party and joined the Conservatives https://t.co/b7Ccm0kFxY
Labour have lost control of Nuneaton & Bedworth Council, after Cllr Will Markham tonight joined the Conservatives after 30 years as a Labour member. https://t.co/qEv9I2oUmK
The new MP for North Warwickshire and Bedworth fails again. Having failed local pensioners by voting to scrap the Winter Fuel Allowance, she's now betrayed local family farmers. Only @NWarksConserv@BedworthTories support local people, businesses and farmers. #NeverLabour
Excruciating. Angela Rayner unable to name a single company that supports Labour's union inspired Employment Bill.
The truth? Every business I speak to says it will mean fewer jobs, lower hours, and less choice for all involved.
@wildnoe@LeeDavidEvansUK I took up Chairing the Breast Cancer All Party group and ensured that this was one of our key focuses over the 8 years I ran it. Also worked very closely with our local (award winning) Paliative Care team. Brought the lead in to Parliament many times to meet with NHS & Minsters
@wildnoe@LeeDavidEvansUK I voted against it on the basis of medical info at the time and reluctance of medical staff to administer. There were also considerable concerns around families disagreeing over whether a person was “coerced”, so it was a potential legal minefield as well
Enough is enough. It's time Labour MPs decide who they back: British farmers or party loyalty.
The Conservatives will call a vote where the choice is simple for Labour MPs: vote to axe the tax or back Rachel Reeves’ Budget of Broken Promises.
